help primer on my eheim pro 3 2080 has snapped does anyone know where i can get a replacement. i ve looked about and the only way i can get one is by buy the power head which is about £150 not good so if anyone got any ideas would be greatful ta

Eheim sell spare parts individually, you should be able to get a PDF of part numbers on their website and then buy the right part from one of their service centres (and if those aren't being helpful, email Eheim directly).

Does the motor head still work? If so you can prime it without the button, just suck on the outlet pipe until the canister fills and the water begins to siphon through the outlet pipe, then place the outlet back in the tank and turn on.

thanks ive had a look at that the part is 1280110 for the power head not primer try sucking on pipe but still not done it and tryed rocking the pump to get any trapped air
