Having seen Dan get warned about a bearded fireworm, I was hoping someone could confirm that this is a "good" bristleworm rather than a nasty...

Sorry about the poor quality, the worm was in a crevice and the camera kept trying to focus on things closer...

I managed to see about 3 cm of worm poking out, but it never came out fully.

I'm pretty sure it's a Eurythoe Complanata (http://www.reefs.org/hhfaq/pages/picture_pages/faq_bristle.html) but a second opinion would be good (if possible from the crappy photos)
 
Looks like a goody to me too. I used to see mine eating and coming out. They are actually alot larger when they crawl out, and smaller when they are in their holes. They can shrink to a remarkably small size.
