Hi i have 3 males and two female bristlenoses in one tank they haven't bred for me and i have had them for two months what could be the problem

Just give them time :)

As long as you have suitable caves for them and the water is ok then they should breed when they are ready.

make sure they are well fed and free of internal worms.
Try doing big water changes or adjusting the temperature a few degrees up or down.

Also maybe they just are not attracted to each other, just because you have both sexes doesn't mean a successful pairing/breeding.

you might have fighting between the males take 2 of them out
i had the same problem once i took the other males out they breed within 2 weeks

This is a good point. Males are territorial and if there is more than one male in the tank then they will be too busy defending territories to feel ready to pair up with a female. He has to feel comfortable that his territory is safe before he spends a week looking after eggs/fry.
