Bristlenose Hoarding

Ive just noticed some odd behaviour from my BN plec. All the BNs i have had before just sit there and eat whatever you put in the tank, but when i prop an algae wafer in for this one, he suckers onto it and swims about with it suctioned onto its mouth. Then it swims up onto a leaf and sits there munching it....very interesting.

Anyone else experienced this behaviour?

hm my BN is the same, when i put wafers in he pulls it into the corner and god forbid any of the corys try get some of it lol
