It all depends on the species.

There are around 70 known species of bristlenose, all with different growing rates, maximum sizes and breeding habits

We have a pair that went from an inch to five inches in three months, but other people find theirs to be slow growing.

Most commonly found species seem to get interested in breeding when they hit around four to five inches.

yep as sir has said - if its just a common Bnose - it'll be full grown after avout 6 months (4-5")

And will be breeding from 3-4" :)

I have an exceptionaly slow growing BN. MIne has grown a inch maybe a little more in just over a year!!
