Bristle Nose Eggs Lost

my bn's finally laid eggs 2 days ago. looked this morning and dad is out off the cave and eggs have gone

Eggs are a very tasty treat for fish. BUT if it was 2 days ago they could have hatched. My blue acaras hatch after 2 days. The first time they spawned I remember looking for the eggs and thinking they were gone. Then I saw the mom and really closly I could see tiny specks moving.
