brine shrimp question

I have been reading and it seems that everything likes brine shrimp, and it seems like live ones are cheap, can I jsut keep a whole bunch in my tank and let the fish eatthem as they go? or how do I do this? do the fish like the eggs?

Brine shrimp dies in about 3 hours in fresh water..?

you'll have to hatch the eggs and addsome to the tank for the fish to eat

My lfs sells brine shrimp kits with a small plastic tank, salt to add to the water, shrimp eggs and food to keep your own live brine shrimp for about £8. Maybe you could look out for something like this to start you off?
