hello im wondering how many 1.5 inch brichardis should i start out in a 29g ty

You basically want to start off with enough to ensure that you get a compatible pair. Typically 4 is enough, but six is even better. Once a pair forms they will become aggressive toward the others. Once they start breeding they will become completely hostile toward the others, when you will need to remove them before they are killed.
