Breeding

hello!
I was just wondering....
I just set up a 150 liter tank (40 US gallon) and im planning to buy 4 otos, 5 neons and 5 guppys.
My tank is freshwater with 3 plants a *hiding* rock and later im gonna buy bogwood.
My question is:
If I just let time pass will my fish eventually breed or is there something I need to buy to
anticipate the breeding or help the process? or will they breed if I just leave my tank alone.

Any ideas?

if water stats are good, guppies will spawn, not sure about neons as i think they are pretty hard to breed and have no clue about otos
