If you have a male and female, they may spawn, although sometimes with only two they just can't gett excited. But if they do spawn, you will need to remove the eggs, whether in a species only tank or a community tank. I use a breeding net which works quite well with peppers. Be prepared to get some kind of fry food: fry powder or liquid fry. When the lady places the eggs on the glass or plants, pick or scrape them off into a container or net. Then just hang the net on the inside of the tank and wait. After a few days the eggs will hatch or fungus. The first spawn is often not viable. When the eggs hatch, the wigglers will eat the eggs sac for a few days, then they will swim free like little dots dashing across the net. At that point they will need some food. Do not over feed as the fry can get fungused too.
There is a pinned topic at the top that includes one method of breeding. It will give some more details.
Good luck.
