Breeding Tiger Barbs

Hey all! I have a 65 gallon tank with tiger barbs! It is planted nicely though I have very hard water. The 12 tigers seem very happy. I have noticed recently that I have a couple very FAT tigers. They all seem to eat heartily and to their contentment. I am looking for any information anyone has on breeding and what to expect. I don't mean to sound dumb here but the truth is I am totally ignorant about the breeding process for aquarium fish. I have some limited understanding about salmon and their wild breeding habits but beyond that fish procreation is not something I know anything about. Please share whatever you know! I really appreciate the help!
