Quick querie.

What do female tetra's (or any other fish) look like when carrying eggs? Has anyone got any pictures?

Cheers.

(Also, anyone no of any good websites with info. and pics about breeding signs for tetras and such?)

Depends on the type of tetra, but most will just appear a bit rounder/fatter than usual. However you should also be very wary of fish deseases, as fish being fat can also be symptoms of desease/parasites/general health problems etc in the fish too.
If the conditions in your tank are right, most types of female tetras will become egg laden at one point or another, however getting the fish to actually spawn successfully and then manage to raise the fry successfully is often the most difficult part- a lot of tetras will not successfully breed unless you intentionally create the right conditions and habitat for them to do so in and have a separate fry or breeding tank (as many egg laying fish like tetras tend to eat each others eggs or fry once they've had enough romance etc).
