The size of the tank depends on what fish you want to breed. Make sure that you are well over filter 10 times water volume plus, would be good. And plenty of hidey holes for fry.

If u want o breed guppies mollies platies the best size for the fry would be 10 gal tank. With lots of plant.

i got a few breeding in 3ft and 4 fts.just depends on what ur keeping and what type of breeding your doing.

Again it depends on the size of the fish you want to breed, African cichlids come in a lot of different sizes. You will need to replicate the area they come from ie rocky , sandy etc.

And keep in mind that breeding fish, breeds tanks! Your electricity bill will climb!
