i have a 10 gal breeding tank set up
what is the best tank seat up for them
whats the best way to breed them'

Clean water, lots of caves, lots of plants, warm water. Peace and Quiet.

a 10g is not going to be big enough for an adult pair of kribs; you'll need an absolute minimum of 15g.

If its the Krib pair and nothing else a 10g will be fine purely for breeding. If you want it as a permenant home then its too small.

yes the 10 g is soley a breeding tank.
i have a 80 gal community.
