Brackish Water Fish

Afplayboy18 (my boyfriend) and I have a brackish water tank and we aren't sure what kind of fish to get.

We have 3 columbian sharks and 2 plecos. We are thinking about getting rid of the sharks after we figure out what kind of fish we want though.

Do you have any suggestions for what kinds of fish we should get?

You could try some Brackish Puffers.

For a start get the plecos out of salt. They are a pure freshwater fish and do net get any benefit (but plenty of detriment) by being kep in brackish conditions.

Other than that it all depends on your tank size and the end plans. A number of brackish fish end up needing marine which then opens up a whole new world once they are fully grown.
