brackish moray eels

wondering if anyone has had experience with brackish eel named "echidna rhinodocilus" or common name snowflake eel. and yes i know it is not a true snowflake but thats what lfs was calling it. feeding habits and water conditions would most helpful.

mine which i had a few years ago lived in fresh water with no problems. I think that they do best in brackish conditions though. they grow to about 3' in captivity and would require a 4'+ tank and could be kept with archers mono's and scats etc.
