H hilly81 New Member Joined Feb 2, 2012 Messages 50 Reaction score 0 Mar 10, 2012 #1 Picked up two new 18" tanks today. Got a great deal. Ordered some sponge filters. Bought some sand. Ordered an air pump. Got them home...... Cracked one of the tanks getting it out of the car. Bu**er.

CezzaXV Fish Gatherer Joined Sep 1, 2011 Messages 2,662 Reaction score 0 Mar 10, 2012 #4 Bet you're glad you got two now! If it's just on the base, you can just blast it with a load of silicone. Doesn't even need to be neat - you can cover it in substrate after.
