Bought Some Tanks & Fish Today :)

Hey guys

Woohoo...I got myself some tanks & fish today.

Someone within a mile of my house had for sale 3 tanks & fish for £100...turns out I had bought a pair of convicts from the same guy (jim he's called) 3 years earlier Although I didn't want to buy fish until my fish house was ready..I thought this was a good deal and not to be missed.

This is what was in the deal (unsure about some fish..was hoping you guys could help me to identify them..?)..

TANK 1:

(24x12x15H) + FLUVAL 3Plus Filter, heater & 12 fish. Two or three I'm sure are convicts, not really sure about the rest..any ideas guys?

TANK 2:

(18x12x12) + Small canister filter, heater, 2 pieces ofcabomba + 1 piece of other plant & 9 Fish. (5 Zebra Danios & 4 Tiger Barbs...all fish 2-3cm )

Pic 2 male? Pic 3 female? Can you help me out guys....?

(18X15X15 CUBE) 2 Convivt Cichlids, 1 air pump, (no heater/filter). (Fish: 1 large male (i think) and a small female (jim the seller thinks it's a female).

None of the tanks had lids/lights...although the cube had a nicely fitting glass top. I think 3 small tanks + Accessories + 23 fish for £100 was a fair deal ....do you think so guys?

All 3 tanks have had an 80 % water change (de-chlorinated and warmed water). I've also added a liitle piece of mature media (from an 18x12x12 tank) to each tank. It was a spur of the moment thing buying these fish, but I think I've done all I can for them for now. The 2footer looks overstocked to me and the tiger/danio tank will very soon be outgrown..if not already. Also, I'm not to sure how compatible those 2 convicts are in the 3rd tank...maybe there's another female in the 2footer...?

Anyways guys, I'm happy with my days work . They're all In my room at the moment, but will soon be moved to an outhouse. As of now, all fish seem happy...can't see no sign of real aggression/ illness/ or stress, etc.

1 Danio died over night and fish in tank 1 are starting to rub/itch against stones/substrate.

I have some water warming up,before I dechlorinate it. There's about enough water there to do a 20/30% water change on all 3 tanks.

I'm unable to do any water testing as I can't find my test kit..damn! Don't want to lose any of these fish..is there anything else I can do to stop them itching?

Going to order a test kit and whatever else I can buy that may help these fish, if I order tonight..probably be delivered in 2 days. Guys which is a good all round test kit to buy?

Any advice on good online shops/which kits etc to buy would be much appreciated

API freshwater master test kit And some whitespot treatment, Interpet No 9 or Protozin are fairly good for Ich.

Ok, so 12 fish:

1 x Convict Cichlid
1 x Yellow Lab
1 x Firemouth Cichlid
7 x ? ( some sort of ram?)
1 x ? (jaguar cichlid maybe?)
1 x ? ( blue&light black stripes), yellow bottom fins.
