Hi, I am hoping to get a group of 3-4 Botia Striata on Saturday. I have done some research but different sites quote varying eventual sizes from 2.5" - 4". I wondered which is most likely? I have a 65ukgal tank with a 12" Common Pleco, 10 Cardinal Tetras and a few Mollies (and their fry which will be rehomed in a couple of weeks). I would like to know their actual size so I can follow the inch per gallon rule. Thanks. :) At the moment I have about 20" to spare, and more when the fry have gone.

They seem to grow slowly too. Ive had mine for about 5 months and they have grown maybe 1/2" They are very active and love to eat. Very nice loach.
