Bosemani Lack Coloration

I have 2 bosemani rainbows. One male, one female. I've kept them for quite a while now but they still haven't developed much colors.

Do boesmanis have better colors when they are in a larger group? If not, what might be causing the lack of coloration?

Yes, they do better in groups. If you can then get like five or six. How is your water quality and is it appropriate for your Bosemanis.

my LFS gave me two males so if they have little fights it brings out their colour. I didn't know he done it till he told me today 8)
