lol, hes one of my male guppies (name: sky), i don't know whats wrong with him hes not a crown tail its supposed to be smooth grrrr. I haven't noticed any fin nipping but i think thats what it is

It does look like fin nipping and the chances are it was the Angelfish or one of the other Guppies.
In a tank that size, it will more than likely continue to happen so you may have to rehome one or the other.

i don't know if you can tell but there all really small and i haven't ever seen any nipping. damn fish lol

I have another bigger tank but don't want to set it up until i don't need to move it for a while

Even though they are small, Angels and Guppies aren't a good mix.
Fin nipping sometimes happens when the lights are off and the fish settle down for the night.
You could try isolating the Guppy and treating his fin but I can see it happening again.

I've got four Angels in a 180ltr tank and witnessed them nipping my Flash Pleco earlier who is about 4 times their size!
I've now moved them to another tank to give my poor Plecs a break.

I totally agree with Stang1 on the Angels issue, I used to have two and they were a pest to all the other fish. I stay away from them now. Even though they are (in my opinion) lovely to look at. :good:

Beautiful angel, i had one almost identical... who was a nightmare and terrorised all of my other fish.
It does look like your guppy has been nipped im afraid.
