boiling stones for use in tank

i had some stones and i boiled them to use in my tank. but i forgot about it ad left it on the stove for like 2 hrs. the water all evaporated and the stones were sizzling. i wanna ask if this is gonna harm the fish if i put it in the tank (after cooling them of course)
suggestions plz

I agree with thecichlidaddict because when you boil rocks you're just killing bacteria. If the stone and the pan are both sizzling, then I doubt you have any bacteria.
 
You probably won't have problems. Just use the "universal solvent" on the rocks to make sure you get anything dangerous off (if there's anything dangerous on the rocks to begin with).
