Bn Pleco With Cory Fry?

Hello, i have a smallish (1.5-2 inch) female BN pleco, been tempted to put her into my cory fry tank because of the algae in there, smallest fry are prob around 1 cm barbels to tail. Wondering what the chances of her trying to eat them is?

BN's will eat eggs, so aslong as there are no eggs about and there is plenty of hiding places, i think it will work.
