Whilst looking at my tank this morning on of my BN was sucking the glass on the front of the aquarium and her stomach is very swollen and her anus seems to be very red, i could get a picture as she swam of in to the plants by the time a grabbed the camera.
any help would be great.

4 BN catfish
6 assassin snails
3+ cherry shrimp breeding like crazy

Temp 25c
PH 6.5
Ammonia 0
nitrite 0
nitrate 30
Tested weekly
Tank maintance
2x 25% water changes per week.
any help would be great.
