Bn Plec.

Hi I have a BN Plec in with some small cichlids, at the moment there is silica sand substrate, I want to change it to a mixture of aragonite coral gravel and aragonite coral sand. I have the sand in my Multi tank and don't have any problems with it, I have had the gravel in the past and did not find it sharp or jaggy but quite rounded...
Can you see any problems ?

only probs i can see is maybe a ph fluctuation? other than that the bn will not like sand that is anything but smooth, bn's sift through it to find food etc so it really does have to be soft smooth sand.
