Can any of you breeders advise me at what size/age do you take them to your lfs ? Mine are currently about 1 and a half cm long now and I have 30 ish which I have had for about 6 weeks.

Cheers in advance

My LFS before it went out of business was willing to take them at half an inch but as you'll find out, some places will want them bigger or might take them smaller than others do. I'd say half an inch at least is probably what you're looking at though you could sell them through a hobbyist group at a smaller size if you can find one.

I try to get mine to around 1"-1.5" (altho bigger the better), which i suppose tends to be around 3-4 months old.

did you take them to Macs in Ellesmere Port by any chance?

I got three 2cm BN plecs on Sunday. They look cool even at that size. what do you feed them on specifically atthat age. I've stuck cucumber in and the usual bloodworm and spirulina enriched brine

No, I haven't taken them yet. I will be taking them to clearwater aquatics at wyevale near Tarporley. I have been feeding them on cucumber, courgette and algae pellets. I did try bloodworm but they didnt really seem that interested in it.
