Blue Tube Front Or Back?

just fitting blue and white t5's either side of my t8s and not sure whether to put the blue at the front or back. please help

ill leave it there for now, the tanks empty anyway so have to wait until its stocked. quite like the blue glow through the skimmer cup with it being at the back
