Blue Torpedo Shark

I'm thinking this is a wrong name since I didn't find any info on it but does anybody know anything about it? Say it at my lfs labeled as this and assume it's labeled incorectly.

Looks like it is, when I did a google seach it came up with a planet catfish page but wouldn't load for me. Thanks looks like a interesting fish though.
