About a week ago my Blue Texas developed those spots in her mouth. Does anyone know what those spots could be?

Yes the white spots on the top lip

Yes it looks sharp but has a small bit of fuzziness

“Cichlid Gold” large pellets at first now on the mini pellets. Dried River shrimp as a treat

I’m 99% they are teeth - is there anything else about this fish that you are worried about? Feeding ok etc?
