Blue Spots On New-ish Rams

well i've had my bolivian rams for about 3 weeks now and when i look at them they both have little blue spots on their caudal fin and dorsal fins. the spots are on the top/rear part of the caudal fin (close to the body), and on the back of the dorsal fin. is this normal? should i be treating them for something? the neon tetras have no spots, nor do the peppered cories, and the ghost shrimp seem fine. stats are :
nitrate: 20
nitrite: 0
ammonia: 0
ph: 7.0

please let me know!

I would ask in the ram section of the forum to see if it's normal, as i've never heard of blue spots on the fins.
