Blue Pleco?

Good morning!

I was surfing Ebay this morning and saw an auction for a 'Rare Blue Pleco'. The pics are just awesome. Since I'm new I've never posted a link before but if you go to Ebay and search Blue Pleco it will take you right to it.

Do any of you have one of these?

This one probably.

There are an awful lot of weird and wonderful plecos around, many are not properly described, hence you don't see a species name, just a common name, (which can be highly variable), and a more useful "L" number. Look for L239 and you'll find other references to this panaque.

my LFS stocks these, but they are about £40 but they are ment to get REALLY blue when older

That plec does look good, too bad it's local pickup only, That's a pretty far drive.

Very gorgeous plec ! Havn't a clue how big it grows though...Looking at its facial features though i'd say its an omnivore, although its hard to say, Are you interested in buying it for sure do you know yet?

Oh no, I'm not interested in buying it. I just thought it was so cool looking and wanted to know if any of you did have one! I've never bought any fish online....yet!

I am thinking on getting some kind of pleco after my tank is finished cycling though
