Tetras are all egglayers, so you won't get any fry unless there's a male to fertlise the eggs after they're laid.
They're not easy to breed, as the eggs are light sensitive, need very soft, acidic water to hatch and the fry need microscopic foods.
I would just leave her be; she'll either spawn in the tank or reabsorb the eggs.
Are you sure she is gravid, and not swollen with dropsy, or some other problem?
