I was wondering how many Blue Neon Gobies I could keep in a 15 gallon aquarium.

Assuming you mean the Stiphodon Atropurpureus?

If so, I dont know i'd want more than one male in that size and depending on your other stocking... 1:1, 1:2 or 1:3.... on male and however much space you have for females....

There's a species that resembles them that's salt water; the Elacatinus oceanops.
