Blue Lobster

hi guys
i have a blue lobster in a tank by himself and today i was looking in and thinking 'it looks a bit empty in there' so then i though about if i could add some fish and if they would be safe
i would like to put some neon tetras or cardinal tetras in there and i no that they are small but i dont think he would be able to get then
so would they be safe or not ?
