Blue Gourami struggling to swim to the Top

Hi, my dear old blue Gourami is struggling to swim to the top of the tank, he keeps trying but you can see it's a struggle for him. He's about 1 year old. any ideas.

He could be constipated or it could be a swim bladder problem.

My Blue gourami seems like that too. No idea why, but he swims everywhere else ok.
