blue fish

Can anyone suggest a bright blue (preferably light blue) fish?

blueberry tetras are blue.. theyre painted .. a bunch of ppl will probably spazz out now that i said that..

neons are blue with red..

what size tank do you have and do u plan on putting anything else in it?

I like blue fish as well, come to think of it I don't have any except bettas... Gouramis are great fish. Bettas, guppys, certain platys (i THINK), turquoise danios, Praecox Rainbow all are/can be blue or bluish. Then there are a handful of tetras (neon, cardinal, maybe more?) w/ the neon blue stripe down them.

let me be a bit more specific, im not a betta fan. if i could get something that was like a yellow electra, but in blue, that would be fantastic.

its a possible future addition to my community.

before people say that im overstocking, please remember that all the fish are babies at the moment, and i will be getting a bigger tank once they have grown out of the tank they are in.

There are many but it is a question of finding them
same of my favourie blue fish are

Bengal danio (Devario devario)
Giant danio (Danio aequipinnatus)
and for a really blue fish; Blue danio (Danio kerri)
although it's the females that are really really blue
the males tend to be more yellow.

There are other nice blue gouramis too, such a the 3 spot or the opalines, but gouramis do not usually get along well with angel fish.
