Blue eyed betta

Are blue eyed bettas common? I have a red betta with light blue at the tip of his body that goes into a periwinkle blue only when he fans out his tail at the beginning of his tail, but he's got bright blue Sinatra eyes. Is this common?

my two red bettas have blue eyes. ive seen it in many red bettas. i think its sort of like people with red hair tend to have blue eyes.

That's really cool. I didn't know they had different colored eyes and considering it matches his cool blue highlights it's pretty awesome! THANKS!
