Are Blue Crayfish okay to go in a 10 gallon tank with some tetras? Or can I put 1 in my 55 galoon with my South American Cichlids? Thanks!

crayfish eat meat.
u can put them in tanks where u have fish in the middle or top area because crayfish can sneak upto a fish and eat it
i you do keep them make sure they are well fed

They also think they're a living lawnmower, going around pulling up any and all plants. :p Don't have one anymore, but used to. Kicked the bucket one day for no apparent reason. Was pretty cool, especially when it shed its exo-skeleton.

They'll eat any fish they can grab a hold of, including those that normally swim in the mid to upper levels. You must also realize many fish sleep on the bottom of the tank making them targets as well. IMO, Crayfish are a species only animal with a few exceptions. Larger fish they'll leave alone but too large, they make a meal of the cray.
