Hi,

my fish love their frozen bloodworm however i thought i would try pellets. My first feed with them the pellets sank to the bottom of the tank and sat there for hours with little interest slowly dissolving

later that evening the pellets had gone but i have a very "Pink" tinge to the water.

Any thought from anyone using the sinking pellets ? and the tinging of the water?

should i persist with a few days feeding and observe the fish

Thanks

What type of fish are they? Sinking pellets are mainly for bottom-feeding fish. Most fish would be top or mid-feeders I think. Mostly the bottom feeders are catfishes and shrimps and stuff.

So if you're just looking for a stable diet for the fish with less mess than the bloodworms, you could try flakes which float? Your fish may react better to those, not sure, it does depend what types of fish.
