i just got some live bloodworms and i read somewhere once on how to care for them to have them live for a week or two.

i've been searching but couldnt find it. how do you guys care for your live bloodworms?

tips and tricks?

try replacing the water every time you go to feed them and keep them in the fridge with the lid on they should survive as long as you keep changing the water daily :D

jus get a neted bagg and put it in ur tank breeding baskets are ideal. u could keep them in ur filter i know some ppl that have them in the filter sponge. u should put them in some sponge and just have them in ur tank ur fish will pick them off wen that come out and they might breed and u never have to buy more

The only way to keep bloodworm as bloodworm and alive for any length of time is to put them in the fridge.

This slows down thir metabolism and life cycle and removes the need for feeding.

If you keep them at room temperature and feed them, they will morph into midges in a couple of days.
