Are blood worms good for bettas? I fed some to my bettas today, and they sorta didn't eat it for a while, as if they thought it was going to attack them.

Definetely! It's one of their favourites! Mine eat freeze dried blood worms but they will definetely eat live too.

I just gave my bettas their firsts tastes of frozen blood worms yesterday, and they LOVED it! I don't have a pipette, so I was just getting them on a spoon and dipping them into the water that way... one of my bettas jumped up and grabbed it off the spoon!!! :D

George didn't like them the first time I tried, but now he along with the others LOVE them. I break off teeny pieces and thaw them in my fingers and then shake my finger in the water until the worms fall off. The bettas are always right there ready to nab them as they fall.
