Bloated Lumpy Guppy - Help

My guppy has a huge bloated stomach. It is very round and looks very strained. He also has a lump on the top of him behind his head and looks a bit lumpy near his bottom. He seems reasonably happy. My other guppy has a rather bent back. Do they both have TB? Does the round one have dropsy?



TANK: Running for 10 months
35 litres
3 platys (2 small, 1 adult)
2 Guppies
2 Corys

Water a bit dodgy at the moment as changed the substrate from gravel to sand 2 weeks ago. But doing extra water changes, cut out feeding for last 3 days to reduce waste and monitoring the water quality carefully.

Any ideas?

His stomach was so big and looked like it was going to burst and maybe had almost split a bit. So I euthanised him last night. So sad. I've had so many problems with guppies that I've decided not to keep them any more. So now I just have one very lonely guppy left
