Bloated Guppy

Hi, on tuesday i lost one of my three guppys to what seems to be dropsy, and now one of the remaining two seem to be developing the same thing. Can anyone suggest what i should do, eg. treat or put to sleep, id like to know the best option for my guppy and the health of my other fish, - 6 platys, 5 neons, 2 guppys

If the guppy is bloated and looks like a pine cone, that the problem is dropsy. I recommend treating with Jungle Fungus Clear Tank Buddies. Good luck!
