My male adf is bloated and keeps floating at the top of the tank. He wont and I don't know what to do.

Any suggestions?

He may have eaten too much, but they do float on occasion. What are tank mates? What do you feed him? Have you noticed anything abnormal? Water Parameters?

they tend to bloat when their diet isnt varied, mix things up, pellets and protien based diet is best

I just completed a water change, so eill have to give you the stats in 12 hours.
I feed him bloodworms every other day. But he hasn't eaten for 3 days now. He looks like he is going to burst.

He is a 165 litre tank with one more adf.

They can go without food for a while so he is probably just fine. How long has he been floating?

Impaction or too much worms in the diet can cause bloating. Try to fast your frog for a day or so and he'll be alright if it ain't impacted

Not sure what was happening to him. But he is fine now. Back to his normal self and eating. Panic over!!!

I LOVE MY FROGS.

Thanks guys.
