My ammonia and nitrite levels are both zero. My Julli cory that I've had for about five months has these "blisters" all over (about five in total I believe). I think it's too late for her as she is currently laying on her back. :-( My three new cories (I bought two days ago) were swimming upside down/sideways last night, and are all dead this morning. My cories are the only ones acting strange. My bumble bee gobies and platys are fine (they are in freshwater). The only thing I can think of is that I accidently put some treated water I had made for my bettas (I add a little salt to the bettas' water) in the ten gallon tank. Please help...I only have one cory left and I don't want to loose them too. :-( :-( :-(

i'm sorry that you lost your cories. i think that salt could have brought this on, cories cannot tolerate salt. i don't know how much you added to the water but it's possibility. also the new cories could have carried some disease and spread it to your tank. do a large water change, i don't know what else to tell you :/

Would a 30% be enough, or should I do over 50%?

Thank you for replying.

I did the 30% water change, and she is atleast swimming right-side up. She still has all of those "blisters". They look like they're filled with air. I can't find anything on-line that remotely resembles this. This poor cory has been through so much already....she's a real tough fish.
