I started adding salt to my goby tank today...

Surprise...black worms start coming out. Will they survive through the change or will the die and fowl the water?

I have no idea how many are in there......I had some parrot feather in there so if I stir the sand up they blend right in....

They will probably die, id get them out ASAP.

My Mudskipper is in ~1.004 and there are tubiflex variety worms in there with him, If you add the salt slowly enought they may make the transition to a sertain degree, Also if you don't feed the tank for a while and the worms are out of the substrate you won't have to deal with removing them.

They didn't stay out though it was where I was pouring brine (and only 10t so not much). I'm planning on bringing it up slowly over the next month.

I'll try to get them out. Feel like an idiot because I have a pound of them on the way....guess the fw community can have some though ;)
