Black Widow Tetra

hello i hope someone can help me i have a black widow tetra that has been looking fat and bloated for about 4/5 weeks now, and seems to be getting bigger like its going to pop any minute, can you tell me what is wrong and how i can treat it if possible, i have a 50 gall tank with 2 Angels, 5 Platys, 4 Cory Cats, 7 Black Widow Tetras and 2 Balloon Rams if that info is any good to you, thanks, Sue

No sorry only new to this so i havnt done anything like that yet.

Being bloated can be dropsy, swim bladder, constipation, internal parasites, egg bound.
What do you feed the fish.
Can she maintain her balance in the water, are scales raising or sticking out.
What does it look like when she goes to the toilet.
Epson salt baths, and some shelled peas for now.
Can you issolate her so she can't eat any food.
If no epson salt, household salt will be fine.
