Black Widow tetra growing bubble in top fin

I don't know what it is? should I be worried?
It doesn't look like it is sick. Swimming & eating normal.

No other fish is different than normal.

It's good info, but nothing I'm doing has changed in the last 6 months. The air pump is the same and every 2 weeks I do a 4 bucket water change using warm water with stress coat to de-chlorinate.

If my routine has not change, then how come all of a sudden, the little fella has bubbles?


AAAwwwww.....I just remembered. I put a whole heap of new live plants about a week ago. Could that be it? Maybe these plants are doing something to the oxygen in the water?
