Black v Striped kuhli loaches

Hi all, I just picked up a couple of black khuli loaches, and was wondering if they are the same fish as the khuli loach in the fish index and its just a coloration thing, or if they are actually different from the striped ones.

Looking around here its looking like its a coloration difference, but i just want to be sure. For some reason im having trouble finding info on them.

the black khulie is a seperate species Pangio oblonga
from the khulie loach Acanthophthalmus (Pangio) mysersi
however care is the same for all khulie species

Hi mord,

I have 3 of each khuli loach and find that the black don't get quite as big as the reqular ones, they will hang around together and sleep in a heap. The black ones spend more time exploring the tank and swimming across the glass they are less shy and come out in the daytime, the stripy ones spend more time hiding in the plants and tend to come out more in the evening or when the lights are off.
