Black Spot ?

ive recently noticed one of my female malawi cichlids has a little rash made-up of tiny black specs near her back fin, and just now ive noticed a cppl round her mouth and on her body. im worried it may be black spot !! though none of my other fish have it.

id take a photo but my camera's on the blink. what shall i do ???

What's your water parameter readings? Especially interested in ammonia reading!!

How often do you do water changes?
How long has your tank been setup?

Fishkies - ammonia & nitrite reading is 0 and has been for ages now, nitrate is 10, high gh&kh, ph 8.2. i do a 25%water change every 4th day. been set-up for nearly 5 mths now.
